TNGHT - HIGHER GROUND

Don't think I care too much for this video... bit of a cop out. Nevertheless, this track "Higher Ground" is insane!

"Higher Ground" comes from the much anticipated EP from TNGHT, the collab between the scottish don Hudson Mohawke and Lucky Me's bass genius Lunice.

The 5 tracks of madness that collate to make the TNGHT EP is out now on Warp.

LV FT. OKMALUMKOOLKAT - GET A GRIP EP

Oh damn. LV is BRINGIN IT  with the Get A Grip EP released today on Hyperdub.

Yeah I've got time for those strong deep synth chords and the tiptoeing beat in "Sebenza" along with that sexy zulu drawl of "Zulu Compurar" but I think I'm rating "Get A Grip ft. Mumdance" the most.. ooosh its good

Here's the video for "Sebenza" filmed by Chris Saunders in Johannesburg, the hometown of the track's vocalist.

RICKY BLAZE - CRASH THE PARTY FT. CHELLEY

Having previously produced for Major Lazer, Santigold & Nicki Minaj; Ricky Blaze is now taking musical matters into his own hands.

He's released this rather fun track on Fools Gold as part of his 3 track debut EP Crash The Party.
Conjuring up a cocktail of 90s house synths and dancehall style beats, this tracks couldn't be better suited to the sonic trends of this summer.

So open your patio doors, stick your speakers on the window sill, grab yourself a punnet of strawbs and party in the last bit of sunshine at the end of your yarden.

SPECTRASOUL - AWAY WITH ME FT. TAMARA BLESSA

Like I said on my previous shows, I'm a sucker for a good vocal and this has got just that.

First heard this track on Pete Tong's show as I drove down to Bristol on Friday.

I tell ya now there was nearly an M32 pile-up cause this beautiful track got me all a bit wobbly.

DARLING FARAH - BODY

Courtesy of DummyMag and my good friends at Civil Music, I happily present you with this outstanding techno soundscape piece that is Darling Farah's debut album Body.

DF has been burrowed away for a long time working on this gem and boy o boy has it paid off.

Sit, back, relax, and let yourself be taught a good ol' lesson in the art of astonishing music.

Take that, Top 40 junk!
